THE STARS OF SAHARA SALE, for Sahara Holsteins. This is one of the most exciting Holstein events to take place in recent years, with a catalogue which would be hard to better in every respect from this prizewinning herd. Every classified animal in the sale is scored Ex or VG and the younger cattle contain numerous stars of the future. The herd’s owner Sheikha Noora Al-Khalifa has invested heavily in the the world’s most illustrious cow families and the sale contains members of the Alicia, Ashlyn, August, Blackrose, Dellia, Ebony, Elegance, Laurie Sheik, Licorice, Lustre, Paradise, Promis, Rae, Raven, Regenia, Sara and Shower lines as well as other popular names. The show team has had a fantastic record of success at the shows they have attended including National Calf Shows and National Holstein Shows and many of these winners are for sale. Such an array of bovine talent on both looks and pedigree has rarely been assembled for a pedigree sale anywhere and there can be few breeders who would not wish to visit this most exciting event. Whether you are looking for a show calf or a more mature animal as an important investment for your own herd you will surely find it among the “Stars of Sahara”.
